Dance offers a way to inner self discovery whilst training the body. For those who experience stress in their daily lives it is a perfect way to relax, renew their energy and find self motivation for the days ahead.

It is important for all participants to have the opportunity to dance together. This allows them to see more clearly their abilities and improvements which are clear after a few workshops. All participants are given individual attention throughout their workshop so that their dance techniques remain at the highest level whilst dancing individually and as a group.

Each workshop explores are variety of topics and everyone will find something to suit their individual tastes.
